At a protest organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj, far-right spiritual leader and storyteller Sangram Bapu Bhandare delivered an anti-Muslim hate speech. He used slurs like “lande,” demanded an economic boycott of Muslims, and called for violence, saying, “We need to finish these Pakistani landas living in India.” He warned that Muslims in Yeola attack police and must not be spared. Hindutva rightwing goons attacked a group of peaceful Muslim persons 2503ing in solidarity with the victims of the Pehalgam tragedy. The group persisted in chasing the local Muslims including women - snatching their Hijab, knocking on their doors and intimidating them in the Nehru Nagar area. This is a predominantly Mulsim neighbourhood.
