A US Court now has found NSO Group guilty of planting spyware into Facebook's Whatsapp...the same software that was allegedly sued by Govt of India to target opponents, journalists and human rights activists. 
But while US Courts found clear evidence of wrongdoing by the NSO Group - the Indian Supreme Court could not find anything concrete. Why did the Govt not assist the SC in the probe? What was it hiding?
