both our island groups are under attack by the central govt. A&N are being targeted for 'development' of the most bizarre kind, wanting to make one
or two of its islands ,which are currently home to indigenous people as also rainforests and coral reefs, into something like Singapore etc . Lakshadweep is being targetted similarly
for massive tourism, but also blatantly to undermine its Islamic culture
