Ignoring warning signs, whistle blowers and plain visible facts and to acknowledge them later when a disaster strikes is human nature. But even that reckoning will be limited to the extend of disaster and not an inch further or deeper. That is why Hindenburg Report and rout in the share market is viewed and argued as the alleged flaw of a single conglomerate. The crisis is far deeper and its impact more serious that the loss in the share market. A soul searching is needed at it starts from India's tryst with Neoliberalism way back in 1991.
