Describing the action taken by the Haryana government - to transfer the murderous SDM Ayush Sinha along with several other officers - as only a protection and promotion accorded to the official, and as completely insufficient and deceitful towards the farmers wherein culprits are being saved, the Samyukt Kisan Morcha has said that unless a case for murder is registered and the SDM is sacked by 6th of September, farmers will gherao the Mini Secretariat in Karnal from 7th September.
Meanwhile, after the martyrdom of Sushil Kajal, who was grievously injured by lathicharge in Karnal, the effigy of the Chief Minister of Haryana was burned. The demand to immediately sack the murderer SDM and to register a case of murder was raised in various districts of Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, etc.
The Samyukt Kisan Morcha condemned the lathicharge on KKU workers in Punjab's Moga City today, and demanded immediate action against the officials. The farmers were lathicharged when they were peacefully going to talk to Akali Dal leader Sukhbir Badal.

Along with the protest of the farmers, the new rules are also being opposed by the Rice Millers' Association. Farm Unions of Punjab have refused to accept the new norms, while condemning and opposing them.
In accordance with the decision taken at the National Convention of the Samyukt Kisan Morcha held on August 26-27 at the Singhu border, meetings have begun in various states for the formation of coordination committees of Samyukt Kisan Morcha. Meetings have already been held in Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh. In Uttar Pradesh, a meeting has been called on 9-10 September in Lucknow. Reports of meetings in Madhya Pradesh on 3rd September and in Bihar on 11th September have been received. According to Samyukt Kisan Morcha, a target has been set to set up coordination committees in all the states before September 25, so that the Bharat Bandh can be organized more effectively than before by ensuring the participation of more organizations.
The preparations for the Muzaffarnagar Kisan Mahapanchayat of 5th September are going in full swing. Meetings are being held in the districts of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Punjab, in addition to other states. Thousands of farmers are participating with great enthusiasm in these preparatory meetings. A large number of farmers from other states are also mobilizing.
