India is witness cyber attack on citizens.. the malicious intrusion is clearly illegal, On the one hand govt says that all services like the vaccine, rations, banking, IT filling, cannot be got without being online, and have a aadhaar, yet India has the highest number of Internet shutdowns.

Pegasus Netwire, the situation is becoming so drastic, that no body knows whether their phones are being hacked or not. and it is surveillance and planned planting over years. Then data mining issue: is worse.. We are in for very bad times. The data protection bill is very weak, The Indian Evidence act hasnt moved adequately with the change in technology, how do you prove that a particular electronic document is valid or not?
