The post-mortem report mentions several injuries but states that no bone fractures were found on the victim’s body.

Bombay High Court  suggested that an effective mechanism or policy for the accommodation of migrants should be considered by going to the “root of the issue”. “The Government should have a vision… a city like Mumbai is an international city and financial capital of the country… we should absolutely have a slum-free city. The Slum Areas Act, 1971 will help the vision,” the bench said.
