अक्‍सर आपने सोचा होगा कि संसद की कार्यवाही तब ठप हो जाती है जब विपक्ष हंगामा करता है. हालांकि आज तो गजब ही हो गया कि विपक्ष को घेरने के चक्‍कर में सत्ता पक्ष के सदस्‍यों ने इतना हंगामा किया कि दोनों सदनों की कार्यवाही को दिनभर के लिए स्‍थगित करना पड़ा.
