Two days after allegations of conflict of interest and office of profit against SEBI chief Madhabi Puri Buch surfaced, 500 employees of the market regulator have written a letter to the Finance Minister, complaining that Buch indulges in shouting and humiliation, and sets unrealistic targets. Why have the employees written a letter now? Are they being egged on by corporate forces who have decided to dislodge the SEBI chief? Is the government trying to create a situation where Mandhabi Puri Bucch is sacked?
