Before we make an annoucment we need a clear Sexual Harassment Policy and an ICC committee. We take from Jaipur rule (Lara. ) Suggest we start with an adhoc committee of Lara, Shyama, Brinelle, Sukla, and use draft guidelines of SC as model code/rules
