Taking stock of things to do in CED Mumbai

I - Books and Reports
    Various newly classified books and reports have not been put in their respective
    places. 
     
Reason: a> There is no place on shelves meaning we have shift books to make place for 
        new books and reports
        b>  Shelves are too high. Prabhakar or Praful can't climb on ladder hence need 
            to hire someone to do this work
II - Reports that we have decided to discard. 
     a. need to decide what do with these reports. Now they are kept seperately
        There is a handwritten list. 
     b. But when finally we will disard them we
        should find a way of mentioning it in MCS i.e. doccentre.in
III - Magazines, old newspapers that are lying here and there. 
      a. whether to mark them and if we are marking it where to keep it
      b. If we are not marking it like 'Down to Earth' how to keep it and where to 
         keep it. Again it has to be mentioned somewhere
      c. is it possible to make one master list which will contain this information

IV  - CLASSIFICATION 
      a. Presently we have 4 lists of classification running through our entire 
         collection 
          1. for Books, reports and Clippings (Detailed classification)
          2. CED Classification July 2013 - here we have kept main topics and 
             clubbed together its sub topics
          3. Classification under e-library in emeets
          4. classification listed in doccentre.in
      b.  Need to coordinate it. e.g. 'G80' is not listed in 'doccentre.in'
          hence can't enter books or reports on this subject.
      
 V   - doccentre.in
        we have encounterd various problems while entering data here. lets discuss 
        this with someone who knows this programme.
 VI  - We have sorted all the stuff given by Rajni Bakshi. Only filing of articles 
       is pending.
 VII - We dont have search option in emeets
